Itinerary 

1-3 Cairo & The Pyramids 

 

Fly from London to Cairo and take an included private transfer to your hotel - the 5-Star Cairo Sheraton or Cairo Kempinski (or similar) for a 3-night stay with breakfast.After a leisurely morning on day 2 enjoy an included private sightseeing tour to the magnificent Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza. Marvel at these legendary works as your guide takes you on the story of these ancient wonders. If you'd prefer a full day tour including the Egyptian Museum or Memphis and Sakkara talk to our travel specialists who will be happy to arrange. 

 

Day 3 is free to spend as you choose, and we can arrange a number of enriching optional excursions including:- Full day tour to the Egyptian Museum, Pyramids, Sphinx & Citadel.- Full day tour to the Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Mohamed Ali, Sultan Hassan, El Rifai mosques.- Full day tour to the Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis & Sakkara- Half day tour to the Egyptian Museum- Half day tour to the National Museum, Hanging Church & Synagogue 

 

4 Embark in Luxor 

 

Today check out of your hotel and take an included private transfer to the airport for your flights to Luxor and transfer to your ship. Once aboard you'll receive a warm welcome from the dedicated crew on board your 5-star Luxury Nile cruise ship MS Farah.Enjoy an ordination about the boat facilities and some time to relax and refresh yourself. Lunch will be taken in the main restaurant with a wide variety of international food. Relax and unwind this afternoon before a gourmet a’la carte dinner and afterwards enjoy a Tanoura show in the lounge bar. 

 

5 Luxor 

 

Enjoy your breakfast buffet with Nile view in our Main restaurant including a selection of breakfast bakery, imported and local cheeses, smoked salmon, egg station and healthy corner.Your visit will start to cover the west bank of Luxor with your Egyptologist to explore the valley of kings, also you will get the chance to visit the temple of Hatshepsut. On the way back to the river Nile you will pass by the famed colossi of Memnon and Karnak temples.Lunch is on board in the main restaurant while the boat is sailing to Esna. Later enjoy afternoon tea on the top deck with the setting sun the perfect companion.Dinner is again an a la carte affair in the main restaurant. 

 

6 Edfu 

 

Enjoy your breakfast on board, followed by a visit temple of Edfu.Later our executive chef will welcome you in the main restaurant for a private cooking class to learn the secrets of Egyptian cuisine.Enjoy our homemade ice cream on the top deck while the boat is sailing and the sun is shining. Dinner on board this evening with have a traditional Egyptian theme with long costume and music in the main restaurant followed by Galabia party at the lounge bar. 

 

7 Aswan 

 

After breakfast this morning with a view of Aswan city enjoy some free time. This afternoon you'll have the chance to visit the Philae temple with a motor-boat ride and visit to the high dam.Tonight, we enjoy a splendid Gala dinner followed by a Nubian show. 

 

8 Aswan (Optional Abu Simbel Excursion) 

 

Today it's your choice to spend free time as you wish or take an optional excursion to Abu Simbel. Overnight in Aswan.*PLEASE NOTE ABU SIMBEL EXCURSION MUST BE PRE-BOOKED 

 

9 Kom Ombo 

 

Enjoy your breakfast buffet with the Nile view in our Main restaurant including a wide selection of hot and cold items. Later we sail to Kom Ombo - why not enjoy an ice cream on the sun deck in warm weather.On arrival we will visit the Kom Ombo temple with your Egyptologist to explore the history of the old Pharoahs. 

10 Luxor 

 

We spend this morning sailing the Nile, so enjoy your breakfast and lunch with amazing views of this ancient river. And after lunch you will have the opportunity to visit the east bank and explore the history of Luxor.This evening we enjoy a gala dinner with belly dancing show. 

 

11 Disembark in Luxor 

 

You will enjoy your breakfast on board before checkout and disembarkation where your private transfer will take you to the airport for your flight home.
